Delete your Caviar Boutique account

In the app

Profile → Account settings → Delete account. Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Fill in the form below with the email linked to your account, or write to us at info@fooddytrading.com or on WhatsApp +971 56 336 2727. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, profile (name, phone, date of birth), saved addresses, favourites, reviews and notification tokens.

What is kept

Order records (items, amount, date) for 5 years, as required by UAE VAT law. The delivery address in them is anonymised. Everything else is deleted completely; backups are cleared within 30 days.

Delete some data without deleting your account

1. Addresses: Profile → Delivery addresses → delete an address. 2. Favourites: remove the heart from a product. 3. Notifications: Profile → Account settings → Notifications → turn off. 4. Date of birth, reviews and other data are deleted on request: choose "Delete some data" in the form below and tell us what to delete. We do it within 7 days.
