Technologies allow us to make caviar all year round. Therefore, even in the winter you can enjoy the taste of fresh and organic black caviar. All fish undergoes a two-month cleaning in the running water to remove extraneous odours and improve the quality of caviar. As to its safety, all raw and other materials used to make the soft caviar comply with the rules, regulations and hygiene standards in force on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Caviar House “Gorkunov” is a family owned business with its own bright philosophy. The farm is located on the Desna river on the territory of the Desnogorsk reservoir and is a large cage farm.

“Gorkunov” appeared on the market in 2012 and is fairly young but very successful company with the aim to revive the caviar traditions. The farm breeds Siberian sturgeon ( aka bayeri sturgeon). Their caviar is prepared according to old recipes and therefore has an authentic taste worthy of admiration.
