  • Upon receiving our caviar butter, you might notice some liquid when you open the tin, but there's no need for concern. This liquid is just a natural separation of water and oil from the mixture of caviar and butter. Since our caviar butter is crafted with 100% natural ingredients, it's a delicate product that needs a bit more attention than others on the market.
  • Before using the butter, we recommend letting it sit at room temperature for at least 10 minutes to soften. Once the butter is pliable, gently fold it with a fork until the liquid is fully incorporated. After this step, your butter is ready to use and can be safely returned to the refrigerator for future enjoyment.
